What are some teenage stereotypes?

I'm doing an assignment for school and I'd really like to know what people think of when they think of teenagers and what people think being a teenager is like.What are some teenage stereotypes?
Preps- rich kids wearing Abercrombie and Fitch...that go out every weekend in their brand new Mustangs with mommy and daddy's money


Gothic- kids that wear all black and enjoy Marilyn Manson, etc. and are covered in chains and spikes.


Punk Rock- like skater chicks and dudes that wear like Pac Sun clothes.


Junkies- dope-heads and party hard kids.


Athletes: who are often also part of the Prep group


Skanks: who are often part of the Junkie or Gothic group


Nerds: at home doing homework and reading constantly


Hillbillies: mud riding and dipping Skoal





This was about it when I was in high school.





Teenagers overall: Dramatic, loud, immature, irresponsible, horny, lol.What are some teenage stereotypes?

Rude


Out to destroy the world.


Wiseasses.


Obsessed with sex.


Impressionable (somewhat true)


Stupid.


Slaves to trends.


Worries most about fitting in (somewhat true)


Bipolar/moody.





The list goes on.
Stereotypes? Horny, loud, obnoxious, argumentative, naive, careless.
Definitely: immature, and annoying.
