Question for teenage males that are really strong for working out.?

Please, just tell me an exact answer of the workouts you do on which days. With the day of the week, all the exercises in order, weight, reps, and time they take.Question for teenage males that are really strong for working out.?
Well what do you wanna do? Do you want to gain muscle and size? Or gain muscle and stay ripped?





All I gotta say is diet brotha. There's different ways to go about it from what kind of look that you're trying to achieve.





Listen, you can't have a set day where you workout, because maybe on one day you workout harder and you stay sorer longer, then what are you gunna do? Lift while your sore? NO!





Listen man... just do these muscles together on the same day





1 Day - Chest and Triceps (Tri's)





2 Day - Back and Biceps (Bi's)





3 Day - Shoulders and Abs





4 Day - Legs - (Quads, Hamstrings, and Calves)





then you just cycle through it again.





Now on weight, You wanna warm up for about 10-12 with weight that is easy to do it. Then you do weight that you can only do 7 reps but have your spotter make you get 8. Then you do weight that you can only do 3 reps and have your spotter make you do 4. Then you stay at the weight for 4 reps for about 3 more sets then you change to a different workout.





If you don't eat you won't gain.Question for teenage males that are really strong for working out.?
I was able to go from 135 lbs to 175 lbs in one summer. I ate like a horse, made sure I ate at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, and I used Mike Mentzer High Intensity training routines (AKA heavy duty).

Now here is my whey protein schedule





Right out of bed 50 gram shake/smoothie


Immediately after workout 50 gram shake/smoothie


Right before bed 50 gram shake/smoothie





Then sometimes if I wake up in the middle of the night, I will go to the kitchen and have another 50 gram shake/smoothie.





This blows up recovery and puts the mass on quick!

Try and eat a couple of these mega gainer smoothies per day in addition to your normal diet and your sure to gain!!!
if you don't know a lot about working out and don't have a lot of equipment i would suggest joining a gym and get a trainer. Usually local ones are cheaper but don't have as high quality like Golds Gym
I mostly run a lot. Couple miles a day and 3 reps of 50 situps a day.

stack a couple loads of hay in the summer youll be strong like bull! work strong will always be stronger than gym strong!!!
