You should give her something very fashionable, but also a bit sentimental. Try a set of photo frames or a nice modern book for teenagers if you have a small budget. You could also try a iTunes gift card. A laptop personalized cover would be nice if you have a big budget.
If you know her favorite bands you should buy her a CD, but be sure that she doesn't has it already.
