What pc or ps2 games would be a good present for a teenage boy?

it's going to be my 14 year old brother's birthday and i know he's really into video games but not sure exactly what to get. any suggestions??What pc or ps2 games would be a good present for a teenage boy?
Is he into anime? In that case get him Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2 or Naruto: Uzumaki Chronicles 2. You could even get him a DragonBall Z game if he's into that stuff. If he's into RPG's, get him Kingdom Hearts II (lots of Disney content) or FF XII (Final Fantasy XII). If he's into racing, get him NFS: Most Wanted, NFS: Carbon, or Gran Turismo 4 even (get him GT 4 only if he's more into pure racing and nothing else). If he's into fighting games, I still recommend Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2 because it has a deep storyline, full customiztion of 26 (of the 30) playable characters, and of course, there's always the original Ultimate Ninja game if you're a cheapscape. Finally, if he's into first person shooters, get him Star Wars: Battlefront 2, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (G-Phoria 2007's best game of the year, even though it's three years old), or Star Trek: Voyager: Elite Force (IT'S FUN TO FRAG PEOPLE), and of the three I recommend Battlefront II because it's got the most playable maps. I tried not to recommend any M rated games because I don't know what your parent's policy on that stuff is. All the games here except for Carbon are rated T for teen so that your brother could have the appropros gaming experience (NFS: Carbon is rated E10+ and is the newest Need For Speed game). Go to WalMart and you should be able to find most of these. What pc or ps2 games would be a good present for a teenage boy?
I would suggest God of War and God of War II. It has great graphics, great gameplay and a very good story line. It doesn't really have a difficult learning curve. In time he will be able to figure it out.
it really depends on what kind of game he likes.

i personally hate sports and first person shooting games. so you have to find out what kind of games he plays
Grand Theft Auto games.
Dont buy Grand Theft Auto games.its not for 14 year old teenager.

Mission Impossible:Opration Surma.

Peter Jacksons's King Kong.

Bully.

SpyHunter:Nowhere to run.

The Incredible Hulk:Ultimate Destruction.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

Pirates of the Caribbean:At the world's end.

Transformers The Game.

The Matrix:Path ofNeo.

The Da Vinci Code.

007:Night Fire.

these are the games i have that have been rated Teen.
Bully is a good game, about a teenage boy who gets sent to a private school and gets bullied, he had to achieve goals and conquer the bullys. It's pretty cool.

Also maybe a final fantasy game, I havent played it on PS2 but my girlfriend does and she says its an awesome game, its a role playing game ofc. TNMT (Teenage mutant ninja turtles) looks really good also.
ps2 eh? get him either ratchet and clank games, MAN THOSE ARE FUN, for a young teen
Bully for the PS2 is a very good game. It centers around Jimmy Hopkins, whose parents have recently moved to the rather chaotic city of Bull ville. As soon as Jimmy makes his first step into the school, he realizes how big the problem of bullying is in the school. His main task is now to teach a lesson to all those who pretend that they are above others.

Max Payne is also a good contender in this genre of games. It features Max Payne, a down-on-his luck detective, whose baby daughter and wife are killed by junkies. Max must now find those who hired these junkies to murder his family and avenge himself. Engage in serious firefights, where you can slow down time (a feature called Bullet Time), and kill enemies in many different ways. The game is available on both platforms, but I suggest that you buy the PC Version, since it features better graphics and shorter loading times than the PS2 Version. Its sequel, Max Payne 2, is also a good game that is, in my opinion, even better than the original. However, you must be warned that the PS2 Version does not hold a candle in terms of textures, aliasing and resolution to the PC Version (it is even even worse than the PS2 Port of the original).

Out of the three games, I mostly recommend Max Payne 2, since it is an innovative, stylish shooter that renovated the world of Third-Person Shooters. However, if you are going to buy it, make sure that you avoid the PS2 Version.
